What is the Mountain Region Senior Leadership Retreat?

The retreat is an opportunity for senior leaders to recharge and rest at the luxurious Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort in Beaver Creek, Colorado. The event takes place from November 18-20, 2024, and is designed for Senior Pastors, Executive Pastors, and Elder Board Members.

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is intended for senior church leaders, including Senior Pastors, Executive Pastors, and Elder Board Members.

What is the cost of the retreat?

The cost is $89 per person. This fee includes:

  • Monday evening: Meet and Greet with drinks and appetizers
  • Tuesday morning: Discussion with Caleb Maskell
  • Tuesday evening: Dinner and Fire Pit S’mores
  • Wednesday morning: Worship, Devotional, and Ministry Time

Lodging accomodations are separate from your event registration.

What are the lodging options and costs?

The resort is offering a special rate of $159 per room per night. Room reservations are made individually and are not included in the registration cost.

You can arrive up to three days early and/or stay up to three days after the retreat at the discounted rate of $159 per night. This gives you the chance to extend your time of rest and restoration.

Each church is limited to two rooms, with a waiting list available for additional requests, pending availability.
